Fire Mitigation and Forestry Thinning

The Montana Department of Natural Resources has a prescription for fire mitigation, which is what we typically recommend. This prescription was designed to slow the spread of fire, and protect your home, and property. It addresses tree spacing, the removal of ladder fuels on the lowest portions of your trees, as well as the removal of any trees, and combustible materials, within close proximity to your house.
